Weight loss is easily possible

“…We have considered all the ingredients necessary for the body in this diet chart.  Along with the treatment, it is fine if you follow this diet even up to 95%.

It is all right to eat fried foods such as wada, bhaji and samosas once in a while; however, they should be eaten at breakfast or lunch, not in the evening or at night.  When these items are included in the meal, eat half a chapatti less, or avoid rice altogether.  If, you want to have moong dal khichadi etc. at night, then don’t have bhakri on that day.

Eating the right meal at the right time improves metabolism and helps maintain the weight after weight loss due to the treatment.  My experience is that those with thyroid ailments have benefited by this.

It is the three point formula for reducing weight.

Mrs. Ranjana Kale – This 65 years old woman was suffering from constipation for 40 years.  It was so severe that taking enema also had no effect.  Repeteadly taking enema had led to the drying out of her intestine.  She was fed up of daily taking castor oil, enema, various laxatives and medicines.  She came to our centre as a last resort.  On diagnosing her, it was found that there was a problem with her liver, stones in her gall bladder, and the hormones necessary for the regular movement of the intestines, were being secreted from her liver in insufficient quantities.  Till then, she had been treating her small and large intestines for constipation.  I started treatment on her liver and gall bladder channels.  Gradually, in 30 settings i.e. in 1 and 1/2 months, she was totally cured.  With all the laxatives and enema gone out of her life, her joy knew no bounds.  She then organized my lectures in various senior Citizen clubs in Pune, and even today, she is active in the promotion of Acupuncture…”

Internal practices

“…A person who attains samadhi becomes a gift to his or her society.  If humanity is ever to achieve a more evolved civilization, it will be possible only because of our growth and evolution as human beings.  A person who is established in samadhi lives his or her Whole life as a spontaneous expression of the unhindered flow of supreme consciousness.  This superconscious level is our human essence; it is universal and transcends all the division of culture, creed, gender or age.  When we become aware of this state within, our Whole life is transformed.  When we transform ourselves and experience serenity, peace, and freedom, we also transform our societies and all of human civilization.  This awareness of the infinite consciousness is the practical and real goal of yoga…”.
